Add-Delete-Rename

1. Add and delete in a column

Hover over the screen label to access 'Delete All files', 'Add Files' and 'Delete column' buttons.

 

- Delete All Files

  • Click the 'delete all files' button.
  • All files in that particular column will be deleted, but the empty column exists.

- Adding Files

  • Click the 'Add Files' button.
  • 'Select Files' window will appear, having the files selected while adding the column previously.

- Delete column

  • Click the 'delete column' button.
  • That particular column will be deleted from the display, and the columns to the right will move towards left.

 

 

2. Delete a row

  • Click the 'delete row' red button , next to folder name.
  • The whole row will be deleted and all the rows below will move upwards. 
  • The corresponding folder names will remain intact with the rows below the deleted row.

 

 

3. Rename a folder

  • Change the text in the folder name textbox.
  • The modified name will be retained even after performing any operation like switching file type.
  • Duplicated folder names will not be allowed.
