Sleep mode issue

When PC is set to sleep/hibernate instead of shutting down the touchscreen can become unresponsive when woken up.

Fix

Change settings on PC to ensure that the PC does not go into Sleep mode via Power settings. If customer is manually putting the system to Sleep then ensure that they know to Shutdown PC correctly instead.

Removing power from the PC via the switch on the wall will ensure that power is removed from the touch cameras as when PC is attached to power (even if it is off) the cameras stay energised due to power still flowing over the USB connections. The cameras can crash and become unresponsive which can only be fixed by removing the power source from them at the moment
