Hover over the screen label to access 'Delete All files', 'Add Files' and 'Delete column'buttons.
- Delete All Files
Click the 'delete all files' button.
All files in that particular column will be deleted, but the empty column exists.
- Adding Files
Click the 'Add Files' button.
'Select Files' window will appear, having the files selected while adding the column previously.
- Delete column
Click the 'delete column' button.
That particular column will be deleted from the display, and the columns to the right will move towards left.
2. Delete a row
Click 'delete row'red button, next to folder name.
The whole row will be deleted and all the rows below will move upwards.
The corresponding folder names will remain intact with the rows below the deleted row.
3. Rename a folder
Change the text in the folder name textbox.
The modified name will be retained even after performing any operation like switching file type.
Check has been provided for duplicate names. Try giving a folder name that is already present, a warning 'Duplicate folder name'" will come up.
There is a validation check on folder name for special symbols as well. Try giving special symbols(e.g : \) in folder name, a warning 'Special symbols not allowed' will be displayed.
