Immersive PowerPoint Presentations

You can now embed 360 videos and images into Microsoft PowerPoint presentations viewable on your Mission Room.

Your Mission Edit system comes with a copy of PowerPoint pre-installed with an accompanying Plugin that enables panoramic images and videos to be integrated.

To create a Mission Room Presentation

  1. Connect your External Media Drive to your Mission Edit laptop.
  2. Create a new folder on the External Media Drive to contain your Mission Room Presentation
  3. Copy any media you wish to display (such as panoramic videos created by VideoStitch), into this folder.
  4. Create a new PowerPoint presentation in this folder using the PowerPoint Plugin

IMPORTANT :  To ensure that presentations play correctly on your Mission Room Display System, it is very important that the presentation file and all associated media are stored and run from the external media drive.

Play your presentation

  1. Connect your external media drive to your Mission Room Display system
  2. Use the handset to browse to the correct folder.
  3. Select the presentation file and it will run automatically.
